Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, our customer service team will be happy to assist and resolve the issue for you.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, the following terms outline how we handle returns, inspections and refunds for these items. 

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team at contact@trigwellcosmetics.com and include your order ID, full name, a description of the issue and clear images showing the damage or defect. Once received, we will investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Before we are able to proceed with a return or refund, we may request additional photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Please note that without sufficient photographic evidence, we will be unable to move forward with the return or refund process. 

Returns
For returns approved by our customer service team (excluding damaged or defective items), customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. All returns must be sent via a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and will only be issued for items confirmed as damaged or defective following inspection. We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange for items deemed non-faulty. Items may be considered non-faulty if the issue occurred after the product was in the customer's possession and is not due to a manufacturing defect. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and the outcome. If a refund is applicable, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account – refunds can take a few days to appear.

  2. Contact your credit card company – sometimes it takes time for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – some banks require additional processing time before a refund shows.
