Delivery times depend on your location. As a guide:

  • Domestic: 3–5 working days
  • International: 5–15 working days

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If your tracking number doesn’t work or hasn’t updated within 5 business days, just get in touch with our Customer Service Team at contact@trigwellcosmetics.com and we'll help.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at contact@trigwellcosmetics.com, quoting your order number, full name, current shipping address, and the new address.

Please note: address changes are not guaranteed, and once an order has been processed or entered the packing stage, it cannot be amended.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at contact@trigwellcosmetics.com as soon as possible, including your order number, full name, and shipping address. Our Customer Service Team will review your request based on your order’s status.

Please note: cancellations aren’t guaranteed, and we cannot cancel or amend orders once they’ve been processed. Orders cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, so please check your items carefully before confirming your purchase.

We want every order to reach you in perfect condition. If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Team at contact@trigwellcosmetics.com and we’ll be happy to help.

For damaged or incorrect items, please:

  • Send photos of the damage and the packaging slip contained within the order
  • Keep the items until the issue is resolved

For international orders, import taxes or customs duties may apply and are not included at checkout. These charges are determined by your country and may be collected upon delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yes. Due to new US regulations, all orders shipped to the US are subject to customs and duties. These fees are included and clearly shown at checkout, so the total you pay is final with no surprise charges on delivery. We’ll keep monitoring the regulations and update our website if anything changes.
