Order Processing & Dispatch:
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday only. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed after placing it. This processing time is not included in the estimated delivery timeframe.

Important: We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Shipping Times:
Royal Mail’s 48-hour delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched to Royal Mail. Please note that these delivery times refer to working days (Monday to Friday), and we cannot be held responsible for delays due to external factors or public holidays.

We are also not responsible for any additional international taxes or charges that may be applied by customs.
